Some of the things I love most about PFF include: small class size (just the right size to motivate me with accountability to my friends while allowing for personal attention from Luke), new workouts every day, flexible class times (Luke is always willing to let me arrive early or late or change up my workout day on short notice, and cleanliness (Luke keeps the place pristine)! Luke at Perfect Fit Fitness has changed my life. In the three months I've worked with Luke, I've hit my weight loss goals and increased my strength significantly. Having never worked out before, I was intimidated by the thought of going to a gym and worried about injuring myself (as a 4o-year-old with no experience). Before training at Perfect Fit, I had never really lifted heavy weights and, honestly, was a little intimidated by what I thought was in store for me. Luke has created an environment that is clean, welcoming, and friendly for anyone and everyone. He is very accessible and he’s not afraid to hold you accountable with a friendly text to remind you that you haven’t been to the gym in a couple of days or to check in on your nutrition. He truly cares and proves that your success is his success. The workouts are tough but approachable. And once you complete a workout at Perfect Fit, you feel like you can do anything!
